Where you found the offset of the money... is there any easy offset searcher? Cuz i tried here:

http://wiki.alliedmods.net/Category:CS_Class_List

But i can't found the 115...
This offset has already been found by the AMXX Team. See cstrike.h where there are some offsets used for the cstrike natives.

About the wiki, I did not finished yet to update all the known offsets.

No it's fine, because set_pdata_int() add +5 by default for linux. So all you need is just the windows offset, here 115.

Why don't you just use cs_set_user_money()?

cs_set_user_money() is used too. It uses the offset to not send Money event to set the default money and after he sets again with the value from the cvar. What I don't understand is why he does that. Why not calculate the default money + cvar and using cs_set_user_money() ? What is the purpose to set money in 2 times?

Because first i can't prevent the game from adding the default $300 and 2nd if you set the cvar to 1000, and do what you suggest, the money diff will show 700 and not 1000, and last, set only the offset prevent useless message from being sent.

Works weirdly, tested with bots, when I kill an enemy I see -3150 as diff, second kill nothing appear. etc.
