Players on my server complain about the game freezing with the auto-disconnect message on the screen. It only freezes for about 3 seconds before I goes back to normal and it happens once every few minute.


Usually about 30 players online.

Internet speed
Download: 150 mb/s
Upload: 16 mb/s

Could be a few things:

- Non threaded database queries holding up the server thread
- Some plugin doing a crazy loop
- Unlikely: network related

Comparing to the details, it doesn't look that unlikely after all:

With those speeds, it appears to be hosted on some DSL/Cable provider, which from time to time can be very unstable, either on their network or on their transit/peering partners.

It could be temporary issues somewhere between them, though if all players are encountering these issues at the exact same time, I'd suggest looking at the provider the server is located on.

I mostly happens to one or two players are the same time, the game freezes someone and it runs smoothly for everyone else. I play on the server locally and this have never happened to me.

Something more that indicates problem(s) with your connection and/or your ISP...
