I would like a plugin that when it is turned on it:

• Gives noclip to T's, removes all weapons and disables weapon buy(just leave knife) And gets turbo speed.
• Gives Unlimited Ammo and Cash to ct's
• Sets Freeze Time to 0
• Makes round time 9999
• Does this for each round.
