Try this plugin i think it will control the speed in your server

This is not usable for my server. I want to detect key W,S,D,A IN_FORWARD, IN_MOVELEFT button etc. If player hold W and spam A A A A A , player will punish.

You said in your request you want to block when player spaming on button A when he running and i did plugin for it, my plugin for set max speed for players so they can't get more 240 speed and if they also did that glitch, they will get the same speed "240", You can change it to what you want

I said it not usable for my server because I have soccerjam mod and mod has variable speeds. 250,270,310,350 etc. so this maxspeed plugin is not usable for my mod. I want to block button.

Hey. I'm not sure if this is exactly what you want but you can give this a shot.
It will slightly slow the player down during fastrun.

Here are some cvars:

amx_fastrun_slow_amount "3" //Amount of times client will be slowed down during fastrun (int)
amx_fastrun_slow_percentage "40.0" //How much slowdown percentage? (float)

You can increase either percentage or amount to have more dramatic slowdown and vise versa.

Also @Supremache do not change client cvars without their permission....
That has nothing to do with the request.
