[FF2] Unknown Error on my server

so I been getting error on my ff2 server and I never seen it before..

can anyone please help?

I'm 100% sure this is due to Steamtools. There are others with this error: https://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?p=2389551
Remove steamtools, but FF2 won't show game description in the server browser. And:
