I noticed sometimes players are unable to join spectator in CS:GO, this is recently started happening, not sure why.

It makes me join a team, then if I join a team it won't let me spectate for some reason.

The only way to fix this is to either restart the server or change map. Anyone encountered this issue?

you have to change the amount of allowed spectators :
mp_spectators_max

standard value is 2
