Compiling the plugin I get the following error:

// tfdodgeball.sp(211) : warning 204: symbol is assigned a value that is never used: "rocketEnt"

(This is from the .sp file in your repository)

Wrong word...."error" vs "warning"....just was brining it to your attn if you we're aware. Sorry, will be clearer next time.

Trying to get this plugin to work on the tfdb_ maps I've used before on the server where I had the "other" plugin, but most of the maps are not spawning rockets .....not sure if it's sdkhooks or the plugin -- trying to troubleshoot right now.

(Plug in is loaded via sm plugins list command)....no errors in the source log files....just not working....*puzzled* - and the weapons are loosing ammo -- they used to not do that)

They will lose ammo, but they should have more than normal and it'll regenerate before you run out.

... if this isn't happening, you haven't installed it correctly.

Not hard to install - just SDKHooks and this plugin package (will *never* rule out operator error on my end as I am human, but have installs quite a few plugins with no issues over the last four years) -- but no matter, latest SDKHooks was causing some issues .... I just reverted back to the other plugin and am just going to leave it. Thank you for your time and assistance.

I installed the update, and now the server changes players to the red team when they die or something else. And the problem persists in other mods like Randomizer.

EDIT: aparently this not happen anymore

But Now in Randomizer i cant change the weapons.
Only happen when dodgeball is runing.

EDIT: Reading a lot I noticed this is actually TFDodgeball fault, when you can solved this? please.

You would need to make a plugin that unloads/loads the TFDB extension.
