Is there a way to disable Auto Pick (CS:GO)?

Hey guys, I was searching the forums but I couldn't find my answer.
Is there a way for me to disable Auto-Pick team for CS:GO when joining the server?

Just don't click OK in the MOTD window.

Actually at times it automatically selects the team for me while I am afk after map change. This is strange.
