i want that all the players that join in the server use this spray.

i search and i not sure if with alloupload 0 will make this, anyway i set it to 0 and i still getting custom sprays on my server, i dont know where to ask that just here at alliedmods

i already try that... also when i open the server the value is 0 but the ppl still can using custom spray

I dont' have much experience with it but are you stopping the server first? Then restarting?

sv_allowupload "0" blocks logos from being sent from the players to the server
sv_allowdownload "1" allows to send logos, but also maps sprites... from the server to clients
sv_send_logos "0" if(sv_allowdownload "1"), prevent logos from beging sent from the server to clients

Basically sv_allowupload "0" should be enough
