Would it be possible to add an immunity by definable flag option? I guess then it starts not being Very Basic though...

Do you get errors? Try the debug command and see if people's ping are being reported right in CS:S.

If someone can tell me how to easily do a bitstrip or stringstrip of a cvar and turn that into Immunity definition, I sure can.

No problems works like chram.
Altought one tought.
I got 23ms ping in netgraph but if i type in status it writes 40 ping for me.
Could you make it so that it would chek according to the net graph data?

I'm not sure what the net graph data pulls from. My plugin is designed to check ping that is reported similiar to the status command. The net graph takes more things into consideration other than latency, so Liam's plugin might be more suited to your needs as his does that.

What value is considered to be a high ping in L4D?
My own ping is according to net_graph between 45 and 60, but 82 ms according to "Ping" in console and HLSW. Which of those should you relay on?

It would be nearer to the 82 value.

I don't think 82 is a high value if we're following the ping through console. Or is it the net graph we're following?
99 gives me, according to my server, a green ping but everything above 200 is giving me a red ping. The question is if the net graph is showing us the correct value or the command "ping" in console? And is this plugin reading the values from the console?

The default for the plugin is 200, which should be high enough that in most games you don't get any false positives. In Eternal Silence I set it a bit higher, 250, since that game is more network intensive.

I am not certain how either of those are reported to you, perhaps someone more familiar with the engine can answer that. My plugin will give you a value closer to the "ping" command I believe.

As I said earlier. I spent almost three weeks working on this same issue. Without taking the server tick-rate and client cmdrate into account you will never get an accurate ping.

I'm not really extremely interested in having a dead-center accurate ping. Sometimes the plugin reports it a little high or a little low, but no matter what when your ping is in the 200 range, accuracy starts to matter less to me. Also as someone else said, this plugin is more economical since it doesn't need to perform any real calculations, and in 99 out of 100 cases will kick properly. I'm not saying it's better than yours so I really hope you are taking it that way.
