Joinsound on Github

Description:
Plays a custom joinsound if admin or player joins the server.

Supported Games:

• Counter-Strike: Source
• Counter-Strike: Global Offensive
• maybe more

Features:

• Joinsound

• !stop - Joinsound

Player Commands:

• sm_start
• sm_stop

CVars:

• joinsound_enable - Enable joinsound (Default: 1)
• joinsound_path - Which file sould be played? Path after cstrike/sound/ (JoinSound) (Default: newsongformyserver/joinsound.mp3)
  
• joinsound_start - Should '!start'-feature be enabled (Default: 1)
• joinsound_start_command - Command for start function(Default: start)
• joinsound_stop - Should '!stop'-feature be enabled (Default: 1)
• joinsound_stop_message - Send a message?(Default: 1)
• joinsound_start_command -Command for stop function (Default: stop)
• joinsound_volume - Volume of joinsound (Default: 1.0)
  
• joinsound_message_time - After how many seconds get a message after the beginning of the sound (Default: 5.0)
  
• admin_joinsound_enable - Enable admin joinsound (Default: 1)
• admin_chat_enable - Enable admin joinmessage (Default: 1)

• admin_joinsound_path - Which file sould be played? Path after cstrike/sound/ (AdminJoinSound) (Default: newsongformyserver/admin_joinsound.mp3)
• admin_joinsound_volume - Volume of admin joinsound (Default: 1.0)

Question, can we play any mp3 file with any quality? for example, a sound with 320kbps quality or we have some restrictions? because i always, but ALWAYS when i try play custom sound it says for example [Sound] S_StartSound(): Failed to load sound 'folder\file.mp3'. Can't create mixer. always! so i'm wondering if i need to respect something when putting an mp3 file.

I think 320kbps is too much. Try 128kbps - 44000mhz - 32bit ( https://bara.in/download/jc.png ).
