There is no good reason to merge these plugins, just use them as they are. Also, set the cvar in amxx.cfg and it will be properly set on each map start.

You should put that in your first post so that people know why you are wanting to do what you are asking. In this case, you are simply wanting the plugins to both work at the same time. The solution might require merging the plugins but that is not always the case.
