Hello can someone make a plugin or script that mutes terriosits for 1 minute at the start of every round its for my jailbreak server and when they are muted the console says a message Prisoners have been muted so counter terriosits can give orders etc...

Please i really need this as i have a 64 slot server thats really popular i need it for control

yes ive been after this ive had some pplz tryed to help me but it all fails most of the time.
