Cvar : wel_type 1/2 // 1 for chat , 2 for hud

Version 1.0

A simple plugin to say hello to a user every 15 sec in his chat. Version . Still need more modification.

Version 2.0

Added hud support.
Added cvar to change between hud and chat.

A fulfilled request may have been useful for one or a few people, but that does not necessarily mean that it has a place in the Approved section. Please take the time to expand your knowledge and produce some quality work.

I was about to add an update to the plugin in which I had added hud support. So after all this should I post it after all or not ?
