Can someone make this plugin for cs:go with this features:
if 80% of team type in chat !gg - they will lose and map end with win of other team (give winner team instant 16 scores, and match end, like mp_map_can_clinch 1)
Also with plugin notification in publick chat : Player %N wants to surrender, need more %N votes to surrender.
