hello,

i realize there are a few plugins that restrict all normal(non admin) players to one team however all these said plugins, from what i understand, must be running at all times and/or need a map change. i need a plugin that my admins can run during the map that will immediately swap everyone to one team, even the admins... at which point the admins can switch back to the blocked team. i'd like to have the team optional and admin flag through cvars.
