Problem with admin rights, i can't set up them, my ip is dynamic and change every time when i connect.
by name does not work.
by host does not work.
HELP please.

I have this problem too.
I play non-steam,
everytime I should request IP again to my friends
because all of our IP are dynamic. LOL.

I hope that we can mark admin with AMXX Access.

try using a dynamic ip client <no-ip, dyndns>

Yes , i had a same problem , untill i got my brother administrator in LAN server.
But i had a problem too . When he got the administrator rights, then i lose it .

Try like this :

• First go to Cstrike , and open your addons folder.
  • Now open your amxmodx and then configs.
    • Next , open at your configs folder users.ini .
      • Scroll down atleast u see something this :
      Examples of admin accounts:
      ; "STEAM_0:0:123456" "" "abcdefghijklmnopqrstu" "ce"
      ; "123.45.67.89" "" "abcdefghijklmnopqrstu" "de"
      ; "My Name" "my_password" "abcdefghijklmnopqrstu" "a"
      
      "loopback" "" "abcdefghijklmnopqrstu" "de"
      
      This is my Examples of admin accounts.
      
      
      • Now write there "[[IP]]" "" "abcdefghijklmnopqrstu" "de"
        
        
        • If you're done these things , u need to go to game, and make the server . ((I dont know that , your friend need to be in your server or not.))
        
        Type in console:
        amx_addadmin "[[IP]]" "" "abcdefghijklmnopqrstu"
        (U can try NAME to after you try'ed IP)
        LISTEN!
