［L4D2/REQ] Looking for a plugin to let tank move when coop ai tank spawn

Hello, I have a question to ask. When coop ai tank spawn, ai tank always not move, until survivor shoot or threw something or near to ai tank, then the ai tank will start to move.
Does someone can help when coop ai tank spawn, then let ai tank to move?

Hello, I try this plugin a lot of times, I have a question. The plugin can works, but when coop AI tank spawn, AI tank still not move, player must near to AI tank, then AI tank will starting move.
Does someone can help or any ideas? Thanks.

Any chance to make Tank attack ASAP after spawn with Sourcemod 1.9. This plugin only for 1.10
