How do i disable download table / precache table?

i have some plugins that adds models they are using, to the downloads table.

but i've gone my way thro this and no longer requires precaching or any download table, removing my precacher doesn't solve it as other plugins adds models they are using to download which i do need. so i cant remove them.

only way is to just disable it. how do i do it?

Or get the source, remove AddFileToDownloadsTable() functions and recompile. But you will receive ERROR lables.
Better to ask people to replace models/sounds with native, or totally remove them from plugin.
Disable plugin one by one to found causer. Or decompile them all.
