Having too many rounds in retake mode

hey so i have mp_maxrounds 30 set in both my Gamemode and Server cfg.
but idk why everytime the game will go on to 50~60 rounds, is there any setting that i need to change for the retake? cuz i rly cant find out what the problems are

so the game think its only the 26/30 rounds
but its already 16 for CT and 21 for T
do i need to lower the maxround setting in cfg?
