Hey... noob question regarding coding/modification.

I was playing with the .sp file and was able to turn off the public access to votescramble, but what I really want to do is disable the public option when an admin is present. Any suggestions?

So, I'm having a problem where I can run the plug-in as an admin, but it resets the time. I saw that someone else was having the problem too. Any suggestions? I didn't mess with the code at all. Just use the supplied plug-in.
