Running HLDS+Steam from VPS server?:)

Hi guys!
I can't found, that how many RAM+CPU needs to run a HLDS server..

I have a VPS with 6gb ram, 100 Mbit/s port network and two cores processor..

The question is: How many servers(32slot) can i run from this, with no lags? 3-4?
How many rams they use average? And what about CPU?

I know, that is also depends from plugins+slot number..
