I can't remember which server I played that give random boost when killed a special infected.

The icon comes in a soft-toy, present objects then you just need to walk over and get the special boost. It can be boost of speed or whatever.

Sometimes you get the fighter-jet icon and after u walk over it you will get the air-strike ability.

What plugin is this?
