I need a simple chat menu that can be accessed by anyone by doing !donate (or /donate). I need a way to show and tell (new) community members how to (and how much) donate if they would like to support my community.

This is what I was thinking for the menu: (so this would appear after doing !donate)

1) List of benefits after you donate
-(Once clicked, it will show a list of non-clickable options. With an option to go back to the previous menu.)
2) How to donate

Btw, this is for TF2.
