That comment is over 4 months old. Version by accelrator still works perfectly after todays update. 2.1.4.7 infact didnt break anything it seems...

Ummm, I think it did at least for Windows. I've noticed my servers were crashing consistently and players reported that it happens after somebody died.

For further and brief information, the server crashes 30-35 seconds when one of the survivors dies, 15-30 when two-three die (at the same time or not), etc. No problems if all died because of the game's normal behavior.

So I'm thinking the problem has to lie within the 2 signatures that I seem to found faulty (CSurvivorDeathModel::Create and CBaseEntity::SetAbsOrigin)

I am getting these errors in the console when starting the Windows server after the latest update.

I have this with Accelerator74 version.

I always use Spumer version with DefibFix_AssignPlayerDeathModel
I took only gamedata from Accelerator74 version, and now it works great, so thank you.
If compile the source code, it works without any problems for me and no different in size from Spumer version.

Doing what you did, using Spumer's dll with Accelerator74 gamedata, I get no errors although do not know if it will crash the server or work properly yet as it has not been tested thoroughly.

After 15 revives , penalty counter is reset to zero. Sad but true)

yep, this true. If I revive 15 times and see 15 defibs, if 16 - 0 defibs, if 18 - 2 defibs etc.
