CSGO Hud Message

Hi guys! I started programming in SourcePawn like 2 days ago.
I am doing Zombie mode, but i found a problem. I cannot find anything like hudmessage (I know Pawn for cs 1.6).
Is there anyway how can I show Onscreenmessage (just like hudmessage) ?

I did found that.
But it says:

As of this writing, only TF, HL2MP, and SourceForts support HUD Text.

So does it work also on CSGO?
