I hardly ever post here. (hopefully that should hint that I'm not entirely stupid)

What am I missing?

I'm a steam user.
I run a l4d2 group server.
I've successfully installed lots of sourcemod stuff to try and weed out cheaters (we all hate cheaters)...

but it seems I've either found a bug or ??

What's the proper etiquette for my question/bug-notification?

smac_admin_notices is an admin override, not a cvar. You can choose which admins receive notices by placing it in your admin_overrides.cfg file.
