If someone types "!spectate" in the chat or "spectate" in the console they are moved to spec. How do i remove this?

spectate is a CS:S command. The suicide intercept module should be blocking it if they do it with the conditions set by the cvars we made.

Ah, i see. But my problem is, the admins on the server use spectate a lot to watch players. Will having that cvar enabled also block sm_spec? And is there a cvar i can disable to remove the spectate command for the console?

Check zr_damage_suicide_cmds. Add "spectate" to the list if it's not there. If it's already there you probably have a plugin with the sm_spectate command, which allow people to bypass the "spectate" command.
