Hello,
I have been trying to put !knife and !ws on my surf csgo server but I have a problem with "FollowCSGOServerGuidelines" "no" when I start the server it automatically sets itself, I have disabled all autoupdate and nothing.

maybe your host prohibits you from using plugins that does not follow CSGO server guidelines

Contact your host, see if they allow the use of plugins that violate the rules of steam, such as !ws, !knife, !gloves and others.
