Block Voice
V 1.1

A very simple plugin that block to use "+voicerecord" command.
I got this idea from someone that searched a command that block from terrorists to talk.

Cvars:

amx_blockvoice 0/1/2/3
0 - Plugin disable
1 - Terrorists can't talk
2 - Counter-Terrorists cann't talk
3 - No one can talk (like sv_voiceenable 0)

Changed some stuff, fixed bug when it's change in with team the player is.

PS, using pcvars is a requirement

You need to test plugins before release them, this one can't work.
Gonna trash this thread only in few hours so you can read my post.
Also, only quality plugins can be released, there are only few approvers that do it on their free time, plugins with too many errors are directly unapproved.
