Nothing happens when i type:
webrank
webtop
hidepoints
unhidepoints

No window trigger on the above.

All other chat triggers work.

Only thing I can think is its a plugin conflict, although I don't see anything listed that seems like it would.
Can you rcon rank_webrank and see what the value is just to check?
When you type webrank, do you see a link printed to console?

rcon rank_webrank return "0"
rcon rank_webrankurl returned "www.yoursite.com/stats"

Found the problem:

For some reason with tf2-stats.cfg placed in cfg/sourcemod it didn't read the cvars.
I placed tf2-stats.cfg in /cfg folder and everything works fine.

Thought that it should read the .cfg if it was in cfg/sourcemod.

Cfgs are not auto-processed, the plugin has to request the file.
That's why the cfg is in /cfgs/ in the plugin folder and not /cfgs/sourcemod

Mine says "1", url is http://gigabyte.servegame.org/tf2stats/ which is correct. CFG is in the proper folder. When I type "webrank", "top10", "session" etc nothing happens they never worked for me.

@gigabyte128: I think your problem may be simple chat colors. There is an override feature that you can use to override using colors for these chat commands. Just to verify, first disable the simple chat colors and reboot. Then try the chat commands.
