According to what I've found on the internet, that means you don't have at least GCC 3.4 installed (Valve requires 3.4.1 for the SDK to be compiled).

I've got an old machine with libstdc++.so.5. I don't know if it's up to date enough for everything else, but you could try this:

i put this on my server but it dont work i put the sv_spawnheath in my server cfg and the line the the meta ini what do i di to see it it is work b/c when i spawn it dose not give me 300 heath help plz.
