Good to know, guess that feature doesn't work on Windows yet. The person who told me it was working (I was in the server) must have been wrong.

The fix involves making a code-memory change to matchmaking_ds so it might take a while since SourceMod doesn't have 'free' support for it like it does for server/engine.

I can confirm that sm_unreserve and auto unreserve were working for me when I was testing it with 0.4.0 on my Windows L4D2 CEVO match server on Saturday, if that was the plugin in question. Not sure about steam group.

L4D1 crashes on start up with the extension loading. L4D2 loads fine and I am able to change l4d_maxplayers correctly now and it shows the correct amount of slots, at least through HLSW anyway.

hi Icy Inferno. The way you running server differs from me.Can you do me a favor? Running a coop server, see the max slot is 4 or above in Join Steam Group on client?

Ok. So I just tested this on L4D2 Windows version. And the l4d_maxplayers command is being recognized. So I guess it's working? But after I installed it I can't see servers anymore. It could be people not hosting, but...I guess I'm gonna test this again tomorrow.
