Hi, i want to make a menu for my plugins

like amx_godmode,no clip health...

exemple i type ,

/expressmenu

and a menu show up if u have enought power... (flags)

and now i show what i want to do.... noclip or godmode or health...

then i see name of ppl or all or ct or terro...

and for health i see name then i see amounth of life

could someone help me plz?
