line 306 is this:

while( (read_file( szFileName , line++ , szLine , 255 , len)) && (g_iBinds < (MAX_BINDS - 1)) )

it needs to be:

while( (read_file( szFileName , line++ , szLine , 255 , len)) && (g_iBinds < MAX_BINDS) )

otherwise it doesnt read the last bind in the binds.ini file when the number of binds is equal to the MAX_BINDS define

when i go on other sv's the menu comes to bind so players thier keys if they want buy pressing 1:yes bind me 2:no dont bind me
i want like that
if its not allowes so why many server have that type of plugin???
