I'm admin on a server and sometimes everyone's admin don't work! When the problem happens, NONE have admin acess...The we type "meta list" in console to crash server if there is a hacker, and after that everyone's admin works again. Please help

sounds like a serious issue with either
- HLDS installation
- metamod
- amxmodx
- some other random module
- amxmodx plugins

You should advise the server's owner to write here, you can't do anything to fix this nor can we help without getting some console outputs which you can't get(unless you have a command such as amx_showrcon and access to it).
