FIXED! on most lithuanian servers, they have a annoying cheap little plugin called bind.amxx, it was used for special abilities and such so you would'ent have to bind it your self. but some lithuanians, thought it would be a good idea to put it in the servers, and advertise there servers. eg bind p "say Come to our shitty server ! the ip is fuckyou123." so someone made a plugin to block it, i had that in my server. and one of the words i put in was /menu, so now when they write /menu it looks like there advertising, but there not! simple!
