Tried many a function but none seem to change up anything about syringes client-side, any ideas?

Few goals:
  • Make the Syringes invisible.
  • Make the Syringes move faster.

I've tried plenty of things but they apparently enjoy client-side rendering very much.

I tried to delete them in SF2 for a special pvp feature, but even after deleting the entity they still "exist" on the client. My only guess for your problem is strip their always transmit flag once they are created, set the full check flag, and prevent from being transmited to the client, the server would still know they exist but not the client.
