Basically when someone types !store in chat nothing happens and in the server console this shows up:

I have just found another problem, when I upload the skins module to mysql:

A. You might be missing translation files. Be sure to download the translation files and place them into the translations forum.

B. The JSON files are what you upload with the webpanel to add categories & items for the modules you install.

C. That's not SQL syntax, It's JSON script. You don't execute JSON files in PhpMyAdmin.

Yes, it is. It's the method you use to create, modify & delete items from your store in-game.
