Hello!

Im trying to request a plugin where whenever you'd move your cursor/crosshair onto an survivor, it would display their name and health. Just like in the beta stages of the game!
(Eg : Louis Health: 75%) It sorta looks a bit like the GMOD name and health display, but that doesnt matter, im just sayin

Each survivors have their own display text color :

Bill - Dark-ish green
Francis - Blue
Zoey - Light red
Louis - Yellow

I'll leave some images of the beta display feature from in-game recordings below.

here's two plugins that might help you. they don't do exactly what you've requested, but maybe you can configure them to your liking:

• Announce Health / Defib Info v1.2 by NoroHime
• Health Display (aka Show NPC HP) v2.11.45 by Chanz
