just tested your plugin and my suggestions are:

-bring back the old buymenu, it looked more organized.
-add the ability to add your own extra items to the buymenu (just like how it used to be)
-enable/disable buymenu outside buyzone.
-add a cvar to set how much $ you get for shooting a zombie or killing one.
-get a reward for over-killing or killing nemesis twice in a row (set what reward to give away item or $)
-add the ability to make your own extra menu just like in your old [ZP] Custom buymenu] plugin. (if possible)
-completely remove or block the old default buymenu. (b).
-remove anything related to ammo packs.

I think you should create player only buy amount weapon on primary and secondary.
Example: each player buy 2 primary weapon(buy and drop, buy and drop or something like this), the system wil prevent player from buying more higher than 2.
