Description:
Allows for Stripper:Source configs to be read and executed with no changes needed.

Requirements:
Sourcemod 1.12.6922+

Configuration:
Global config path: sourcemod/configs/stripper/global_filters.cfg
Map config path: sourcemod/configs/stripper/maps/{mapname}.cfg

Commands:
stripper_dump - root required, dumps all entities and their properties to configs/stripper/dumps/

Cvars:
stripper_file_lowercase - Whether to load map config filenames as lower case
