you dont need software actually, when execute connect <ip> then you rcon also connect even you not in-server, just type "rcon sm_cr" in lobby

Is there a way to allow people with a specific flag to self serve? Here's an example

1. Players are online playing in the server
2. Guy with O flag joins, wants to reserve the server
3. He can type !rts in chat and make everyone go to the lobby
4. Then he can join the server after it restarts and is reserved.

Looks like in current state this always has to be done through console which normal players don't have access to.

Anything is possible, but I see no reason to give admin functions to ordinary users

I operate with the plugin via HLSW or Game Server Control Panel on android .
