I can't see anything wrong with it... Although I know what you are trying to do, so I will say no...

You need to register the "say" command and then check what they say to see what they asked for

But I only want it to tigger on say vote_"anything here" having it triggers on "say" would cause it to tigger too many times... Wouldn't you thinkl?
