I have tried searching and cannot find the solution to the problem.

I am trying to get a second page on the server list, change all the xredirects to maxlist 9 and change maxpages to 10. WHen i add the 6th server to the list, the 9 option for next page is not highlighted and wont allow you to press it. Then the 5th server has the right name but the 6th servers map and person count. Everything is in the correct format in serverlist.ini

Can someone help?

Please post your serverlist.ini here.
Is it the same for all servers?
Post the result of the following server-console commands:
amxx list
amxx modules
And finally check the amxmodx logs for errors regarding xredirect
