Add admins by going to your configs folder and opening up the users.ini file. It should give you instructions. Or you could check f1del1ty.oxi's faq...

On hacking, it shouldn't because you're opening a port just for CS, but it is possible. Hey, running a computer online makes you prone to hackers.

Also, you should check steampowered.com's forums. Very helpful, and they would have told you a lot about port forwarding. A great website for that is www.portforward.com.
