what's the exact name of the game folder? (the one that stores the addons folder)

CS:GO doesn't understand the colors extension (isn't it?). So you need just remove #include <colors> and replace CPrintToChat by PrintToChat. After doing this, plugin should work (it's work for me now).

I followed the procedures that you said recompile the plugin and restarted the server.
