@Sarge...any chance to add a CVAR to set time b/w spins? Would be nice to enable this for all through override or what have you but then you have trolls....spamming

Sure, that's probably a good idea if you want to have people be able to spin it randomly but not too often.

I've put up the update since it was quick to write.

Note that if you accidentally set the cvar to, say, 10000, then spin the wheel, then realize that the plugin's locked out for another 10000 seconds, you can set the cvar to, say, 10, and it'll act as if the cooldown was 10 seconds from the last time you spun the wheel. That's what "the time convar applies immediately" means.
