I think that DProto does not work after the newest update , at least this is what I heard from my friends during March and April.

Seeing that plugin #9's number spacing (in the bracket) is edited, and it doesn't do that at the end of the plugins list, it looks like meta list was edited to remove something, probably dproto.

HLDS Administrators are mostly players with Steam. They are doing non-steam server to have higher traffic. Or at least in Czech Republic it works like this.. Only a few of some league servers are Steam. All the others are Non-steam including biggest league in Czech republic..

But i agree with you. In my opinion dproto causes like 85% of problems of these non steam servers and like 98% of "segmenation failed".

The advantages and disadvantages of non-Steam are irrelevant here. It's also irrelevant if the "admin" of the server is using Steam or not. Non-Steam servers and clients are not supported at all.
