So, in July I drove to work on metamod plugin called Voice Coder. It allows you to say old customers with new (new Steam version since about 6027 build). Gotta work on builds from 4382 to 6153. (Possibly relies on earlier builds) To work needed Dproto later version 0.9.356, which has been updated specifically for this plugin. voice codec is not supported Miles.
  • Recoding of Speex voice packets and vice versa in SILK
  • Increase the volume when transcoding (sv_voicevolume_speex sv_voicevolume_silk and kwara)
  • Preventing flooding voice packets (sv_voicefloodms quarter, disabled by default)

Kwara:
  • sv_voicevolume_speex - to increase / decrease the volume when transcoding from Speex in SILK (default 1.0)
  • sv_voicevolume_silk - to increase / decrease the volume when transcoding from SILK in Speex (default 1.0)
  • sv_voicefloodms - flood control voice packets, the number of milliseconds (eg spidhakom, disabled by default 0)

Installation:

1. Go to the directory of your game (eg valve or cstrike) and copy it to this directory from the archive folder addons

2. Then go to the directory metamod (usually addons/metamod/) and add the following dproto in plugins.ini:

Current version: 80

Known issues:

Plug-in starts, but players can not speak (curve liblist.gam).
To fix this problem, you need to comment out or delete these lines in liblist.gam:

We don't support non-steam. So I'd suggest you delete your post and everything in it.

like DruGzOG said, non-steam is not supported here, I suggest you to delete your posts and files before getting a ban
